Within weeks he was back to running
This is my second pet to visit the Iowa Veterinary Wellness Center. My first, a Chihuahua, had severe back issues and a broken rib. I was referred to this clinic from my Vet, at the time, in Adel. I drove the 30 some miles to see this Vet. Dr. Wilke prescribed natural anti-inflammatories for her and started an electronic acupuncture regimen. Within 2 weeks, my sweet girl was living life to the full, once again. She lived for another 3 years to the age of nearly 14. My current fur love is my daughters dog (he says he belongs to me ha!) and was seeing another vet, also, when he had a knee/leg injury. I immediately took him to Dr. Wilke! He could barely use the leg before seeing this Doctor. Within weeks he was back to running Zoomies with a much less invasive treatment than was prescribed by his original vet. Our boy, now sees Dr. Wilke for all his veterinary needs! He’s had bad reactions to his yearly immunizations in the past so Dr. Wilke was proactive in avoiding this. We had his yearly physical last week and he did awesome with the immunization regimen! Fortunately this office is now close to where I live, but I would recommend driving the distance to come to this clinic!!!
