Deanna joined our clinic as a receptionist in September 2021, after working for several years at University West Pet Clinic in Clive. She is lucky to be able to still see some of those clients here at IVWC.
She and her husband live on an acreage in Madison County with their 3 house cats (Harley, Kitty Girl, and Blackjack), and their Cocker Spaniel Wrigley. Deanna wears the “Crazy Cat Lady” title with pride, as she has a cat sanctuary on their property where they care for 35 kitties who live in specially built sheds.
She is a diehard lifelong Iowa Hawkeyes and Denver Broncos fan (so much so that she special ordered a Ford Bronco Sport!). Her favorite pastimes include not only watching football games, but also going to concerts and comedy shows, or doing DIY projects. Her favorite color is all shades of purple, and she collects hippos, dragonflies and cat items.
